Phần mềm thư viện số Dspace

Dspace là phần mềm mã nguồn mở dùng để quản lý các nguồn tài nguyên số nội sinh nhằm phục vụ cho các thư viện, trung tâm lưu trữ các cơ quan, trường học sử dụng và phát triển.

DSpace có khả năng xử lý các tài liệu đa phương tiện với nhiều định dạng tệp tin khác nhau, trong đó có các định dạng tài liệu văn bản (doc, txt, rtf, pdf, html, xml…), định dạng tài liệu về hình ảnh (gif, jpg…), định dạng các tài liệu âm thanh (wav, flv, mp3, mp4…).

Dear Librarians

IDT is an authorized partner of the Online Computer Library Center (OCLC), the largest library membership organization in the world, based in Ohio, USA. More than 70,000 libraries in 170 countries are using the products and services provided by OCLC.

We are currently implementing a trial program CONTENTdm digital library management software provided by OCLC with the following content.

CONTENTdm digital library management software is a comprehensive solution for the management of digital documents, electronic documents in libraries, museums, and archives developed and developed by OCLC. Used in 3,000 offices around the world with the following advantages:

+ Manage documents in a variety of formats such as text files, images, audio, video, Microsoft Office files such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

+ Access management and access authorization in two ways is the IP range and Username and Password provided by the library

+ Compliant with OAI-PMH protocol on digital document sharing and collection

+ Support cloud storage services provided by OCLC saves storage space for library

+ Support batch processing with pre-formatted templates and keyword control

+ Automated posting of digital library collections saves staff time

Trial Period: Two months from the successful set up of accounts at the unit, the trial period will be selected by the customer.
